This certificate course is specifically designed for experienced program staff who have worked with young people in a camp, afterschool, summer enrichment program, or in other community-based youth settings. The activities in this course provide opportunities to apply the lessons to the learner’s own past youth work experiences within the framework of typical work expectations for more experienced program staff.This online course is an intensive 15 hour course built around ACA's thirteen core competencies that results in a certificate of completion and 15 continuing education credits (CECs). (Note: some learners will enter this course after completing the Entry-Level Program Staff Certificate of Added Qualification.)

In order to activate the course purchased for you and your staff, we’ll need you to provide us with some simple enrollment information for all intended learners. Note: You do not have to have detailed information for all your learners at time of purchase, you can amend your list as necessary. Once we have your list of learners, we will send each individual learner an e-mail containing course instructions and log in information within 1-2 business days. If you intend to have access to the course be sure to include yourself on the list you submit.
